JOB ROLE

As the Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager for Lindsay Hubbard, I played a key role in managing her daily operations and ensuring her professional and personal life stayed organized and efficient. 
Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Assisted in the preparation, organization, and execution of various high-profile events, ensuring all details were meticulously handled.
  • Social Media Management: Developed and executed comprehensive social media strategies, managing content creation, posting schedules, and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Styling and Wardrobe Assistance: Provided styling support, coordinating outfits and appearances for events, photo shoots, and public engagements.
  • Project Support: Collaborated on a range of projects, offering administrative and logistical assistance to help bring ideas to life for her company Hubb House.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managed calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and communications to keep all aspects of her schedule running smoothly.
This  role required exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
